PM Modi said, “The last 9 years have been of unprecedented achievements for India, of building a new India. Only yesterday the country got the grand-divine modern Parliament of independent India. Parliament is connecting India to our prosperous democratic future. Today is a big day for rail connectivity of entire North East including Assam. Today three works related to connectivity of North East are happening simultaneously. Today North East is going to get its first rail connectivity. In India Vande Bharat Express is being received. Our government has given highest priority to the welfare of the poor after coming to power. From houses for the poor to toilets for women, from water pipelines to electricity connections, from gas pipelines to AIIMS Medical From college to road, rail, waterways, port, airport, mobile connectivity, we worked with full vigor in every field.”

PM Modi further said, “Infrastructure is for everyone, equally, without discrimination. That’s why this infrastructure construction is also true social justice, true secularism in a way. The whole world is proud of the infrastructure work being done in India today.” There is a lot of discussion going on in India. Because this infrastructure makes life easy. This infrastructure creates employment opportunities. This infrastructure is the basis of rapid development. This infrastructure empowers the poor, dalits, backward, tribals, every such deprived Stalls have been set up at railway stations of North East under ‘One Station, One Product’ scheme. These are giving emphasis to ‘Vocal for Local’. This has given new market to our local artisans, artists, craftsmen, such fellows “
