New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Kargil on Monday to celebrate Diwali with the soldiers. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said, "Prime Minister Modi has reached Kargil, where he will celebrate Diwali with the brave soldiers of the country."

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Kargil on Monday to celebrate Diwali with the soldiers. Modi has been celebrating Diwali with security personnel since 2014 when he became the PM in the first term. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said, “Prime Minister Modi has reached Kargil, where he will celebrate Diwali with the brave soldiers of the country.”

PM Modi also wished the countrymen on Diwali and tweeted, “Wishing you all a very Happy Diwali. This festival of light.”

He said that it is our privilege to celebrate Diwali at the border. While encouraging the soldiers of the army, he said that you are the watchmen of the army, if you are, then the countrymen are sure. He further said that during the war in Ukraine, how did our beloved tricolor become a protective shield there.

The Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, has been celebrating the festival of Diwali with the soldiers for the last eight years. In this episode, this time also the soldiers have reached Kargil to celebrate Diwali. Today we will celebrate Diwali with great pomp here.
