Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the ninth edition of the Raisina Dialogue on February 21 in Delhi. Organized by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), the three-day conference serves as India’s flagship event on geopolitics and geo-strategy.
The 2024 edition of the Raisina Dialogue, themed “Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create,” will run until February 23. The MEA stated that decision-makers and thought leaders from around the world will engage in conversations across various formats during the event.
The inaugural session featured the Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), Kyriakos Mitsotakis, as the Chief Guest, who delivered the keynote address alongside Prime Minister Modi. Over 100 countries are represented, with participants including ministers, former heads of State, heads of government, military commanders, industry leaders, technology experts, and scholars on strategic affairs.
