New Delhi: Keeping in mind several state assembly elections next year and the Lok Sabha polls in 2024, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to organise a crucial two-day meeting in Delhi to evaluate the party’s overall preparation for the upcoming elections next year, and the weak points of the party will also be discussed to make a solid strategy.
The saffron party made it clear in its statement that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the BJP’s national office-bearers’ meeting at the party headquarters in Delhi today.
In this meeting, the presidents and general secretaries (organisation) of the party’s state units will be present.
BJP National President JP Nadda will chair the meeting and caution the party’s workers regarding the upcoming strategy. Keep your eyes on the next round of assembly polls next year. In this meeting, organisational activities will be reviewed as well, the statement said.
Leaders of various groups, including union ministers, will join in the meeting to provide strength in the party’s presence. The BJP will also take a serious note of those seats where the party failed to win the 2019 Lok Sabha polls and is looking to win the 2024 Lok Sabha polls as well.
Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, assembly polls will take place in several states, including Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh, and Tripura, which is also scheduled to have assembly polls before the Lok Sabha elections.
