The project faced initial challenges, including land allocation issues, but after the approval of a new site in Majra Mustil Bhalkhi village, the Haryana government handed over 203 acres in September 2023. The construction of a boundary wall is underway, and the AIIMS is scheduled for completion by December 2026.

Gurugram Metro Rail Project
Additionally, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for the Gurugram metro rail project, a Rs 5,450 crore initiative spanning 28.5 km. Connecting Millennium City Centre to Udyog Vihar Phase-5, it will integrate with the existing metro network of Rapid Metro Rail Gurugram. This project aligns with Modi’s vision for world-class, environment-friendly mass rapid urban transport systems.

In Kurukshetra, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the ‘Anubhav Kendra Jyotisari,’ a museum dedicated to the Mahabharata and Gita teachings. Spanning 17 acres and costing approximately Rs 240 crore, this experiential museum promises an immersive narrative experience.

The collective investment in these initiatives exceeds Rs 9,750 crore, emphasizing the government’s commitment to fostering development across various sectors, including urban transport, health, rail, and tourism in Haryana.

As the Lok Sabha elections approach, these projects underscore the government’s dedication to infrastructure and healthcare, addressing the diverse needs of the community.
