Happy Birthday PM Modi: Today on 17th September PM Modi turns 72. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 72nd birthday. Many programs will be organized across the country on this occasion. The BJP has been celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday as ‘Seva Diwas’ since 2014 and has been organizing service-related activities on the occasion. This year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release cheetahs brought from Namibia in a national park in Madhya Pradesh to promote the country’s wildlife and will also interact with women self-help groups.

The Vanzara Samaj in Gujarat will light 72,000 earthen lamps in the shape of Modi’s face, plant 72 trees and collect 72 bottles of blood. The BJP will organise “unity in diversity” festivals, a blood donation drive, tree-planting and a cleanliness drive across the country from Saturday to October 2.

PM Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh on his 72nd birthday on Saturday and his party will launch nationwide campaigns like blood donation, helping the poor and disabled and cleanliness measures. BJP general secretary Arun Singh said that party functionaries in one state will adopt another state to promote their language and culture for a day as part of the programme.

At the same time, the e-auction of the gifts received by the Prime Minister will start from Saturday and the amount received from the auction will be used for the clean Ganga campaign ‘Namami Gange’.

Cheetahs to return to India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release cheetahs being brought from Namibia in Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park on Saturday morning, an official said on Friday. Eight cheetahs from Namibia – taking off in a special cargo plane – will land at Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior airport on Saturday morning. The fast-moving big cats will then be taken by helicopter to Kuno National Park where they will be released.

BJP to celebrate PM Modi’s birthday as ‘Seva Pakhwara’
Additionally, BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh has written a letter to all party workers regarding programmes, and informed that “Seva Pakhwara” will be celebrated from September 17 till the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, on October 2.

Under the “Seva Pakwara”, the party will organise exhibitions on PM Narendra Modi at the district level.

“Have exhibition at state and district level on personality and works done by PM Modi, a sample of which will be sent to the leaders. It is aimed at inspiring people to do positive works,” stated the communique.

Blood donation and health check-up camps
BJP’s Yuva Morcha will organise a blood donation camp in every district. Every district must have a health check-up camp. Additionally, 10 best health check-up camps and blood donation camp’s will be awarded. There should be distribution of artificial limbs.

Tree plantation drive
The tree plantation drive and several cleanliness campaigns will be included in programmes organised for PM Modi’s birthday celebrations. The video of the tree plantation on every booth must be uploaded on social media and NaMo app.

Swachhta movement
Every mandal will undertake Swachhta movement to spread awareness on ‘Catch the Rain’ programme, etc.

Workers to put up camps at vaccination centres
The party has been asked to put up camps at every vaccination centre and help people, as the whole world has seen the success of the country’s Covid programme. Last year, with over 2.50 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses administered, India created a world record of the highest number of COVID jabs in a day on the occasion of PM Modi’s birthday.

The beneficiaries at every mandal should send Shubhakamna Patra to the PM, the party has asked its booth-level leaders.

TN BJP to distribute gold rings among infants
The Tamil Nadu unit of BJP will distribute gold rings to the newborns on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday on September 17 and distribute 720 kilograms of fish, among other plans.

PM Modi’s Speeches on September 17
• The prime minister will first address the nation around 10:45 am on the historic occasion of cheetahs coming to India.
• Then he will speak at the women self help group’s conference in MP at noon.
• Then the prime minister will address students at the first ever ‘Deekshant Samaroh’ of students from ITIs on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti. Around 40 lakh students will be joining this program.
• In the evening, at 5:30 pm, he will launch the important National Logistics Policy and speak at the occasion. PM Modi will unveil the National Logistics Policy of the country that aims to reduce logistics cost to 8% of the GDP. To reduce logistics cost in the country, focus in the new policy is on reducing warehousing cost and improvements in reliability of supply chains, as per sources.
