He will inaugurate the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh; apart from this, he will also lay the foundation stone for numerous projects totaling Rs 3,650 crore

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have a busy schedule on October 5 during his tour to Himachal Pradesh. He will inaugurate the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh; apart from this, he will also lay the foundation stone for numerous projects totaling Rs 3,650 crore. In October 2017, Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation stone for AIIMS Bilaspur.

Following the hospital’s dedication to citizens, PM Modi will address a rally at Luhnu Ground. The PMO released a statement announcing that the Prime Minister would also take part in the Dussehra festivities in Kullu.

“The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the Medical Device Park in Nalagarh, which will be constructed for roughly Rs 350 crore and greatly increase employment opportunities in the area. MoUs worth more than Rs 800 crore have already been inked for establishing industries in this Medical Device Park,” the PMO statement said.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, BJP Chief JP Nadda, and Union Minister Anurag Thakur examined the preparations for PM Modi’s visit.

JP Nadda had discussions with the party’s workers and showed confidence to win the forthcoming assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, which are scheduled to take place later this year.
