Kollam: Police arrested two people, an observer and an exam coordinator, who were engaged in the NEET exam duty that was held in an educational centre in Kerala on July 17. They were arrested for asking the female students to remove their bras before taking the test.
The arrest of NEET observers was recorded today after their interrogation by police, an officer said.
Several unusual incidents occurred during the NEET test, and seven people were arrested as a result of those incidents.
Five women who were on duty for the NEET exam were also detained on Tuesday. Three of them are connected with an agency hired by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and two are engaged with a private educational institute at Ayur, where the untoward incident occurred.
