New Delhi: Odisha’s popular DJ Azex aka Akshay Kumar’s body was found on Saturday evening at his home in Bhubaneswar. According to the police, his body was found in suspicious condition, whose investigation has started. At the same time, the family has accused Akshay’s girlfriend of killing him. The family members say that the girlfriend was blackmailing Akshay for several days by showing him some objectionable pictures and videos.
After the body was found on Saturday evening, Akshay’s body was sent to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, where his post-mortem took place. At present the post mortem report has not been revealed. The city’s Kharvel Nagar police is probing the matter.
In an interview given to a local channel in Odisha, a family member told that there was a power cut after the storm on Saturday night. It was dark in the house and Akshay was in his room. When the family members called Akshay at around 10 pm, there was no response. When the family members broke the lock of his room when there was a suspicious situation, he was found hanging.
In a conversation with a news portal, Akshay’s uncle has told that he was in a relationship with a girl who was blackmailing him for the past several days. Uncle Bholanath Moharana says that the girl and her friend are responsible for Akshay’s death.
According to a friend, Akshay’s girlfriend was demanding money from him. She had some objectionable pictures and videos through which she used to blackmail. She was mentally abusing him. Akshay’s family has demanded a detailed investigation.
