Bengaluru: Kannada actor Chetan Kumar had made a tweet about Hindutva in the past, due to which his problems seem to be increasing. He had called Hindutva a lie in that tweet, after which action has been taken against him and for this reason he has been arrested.
Actually, the Kannada actor had made a tweet on his Twitter account on Monday, in which he wrote – Hindutva has been built on lies. This tweet of the actor became very viral on social media, after which the actor was arrested by the Sheshadripuram police in Bengaluru on Tuesday. According to reports, following this tweet by the actor, Shivkumar of Bajrang Dal lodged a complaint at Seshadripuram police station, due to which actor Chetan Kumar has been arrested this morning.
Let us tell you that the actor often dominates the social media due to his outspoken statements. He wrote in his tweet – Hindutva has been built on lies. In the past too, Chetan has come under the clutches of the law due to such statements. Hijab was also in the news in the past because of the controversy. In fact, she was accused of using some objectionable words against a High Court judge during the hearing of the hijab dispute, after which she was arrested by the police.
