Filmmaker Sangeet Sivan breathed his last on Wednesday. The news of his demise was confirmed by Sangeet Sivan’s brother Sanjeev Sivan. According to Sanjeev Sivan, the ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum’ director was undergoing treatment for Urine Infection in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai and unfortunately, he suffered a cardiac arrest on Wednesday.
Let us tell you, Sangeet Sivan, the eldest son of photographer-cinematographer Sivan, is survived by his wife Jayshree and children Sanjana and Shantanu. After learning about the filmmaker’s death, actor Sunny Deol, who worked with Sangeet Sivan in ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana 2’, expressed condolences.
Actor Sunny Deol wrote on his ex (formerly Twitter) that I am shocked to hear about the demise of my dear friend Sangeet Shivan, can’t believe that you are no longer with us. But, you will always be with us in our hearts and memories. May God give his family the strength to overcome this loss.
