Jaipur: After coolie style, now Rahul Gandhi turned into a pillion rider. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is on a one-day visit to Jaipur, Rajasthan, interacted and distributes two-wheelers to meritorious girl students in Maharani College. Later, the Congress MP was seen riding pillion on a girl’s scooter in the state capital. The college principal welcomed Gandhi. After interacting with the students, the party leader enjoys a scooter ride driven by a student amid security on the road outside the college.
The Wayanad MP reached Maharani College at around 12 PM in Jaipur, distributed scooters to girl students and interacted with them for some time. He later travelled on scooter with a student.
Rahul Gandhi shared the pictures on X, formerly known as Twitter and was seen interacting with the students. “Empower women like Mimansha Upadhyay, and they’ll lead our country to a brighter future,” he wrote on X.

Meanwhile, party president Mallikarjun Kharge reached Jaipur and was received by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and other leaders.
Kharge and Gandhi reportedly laid the foundation stone of the new building of the Pradesh Congress Committee in the Mansarovar area and unveiled a plaque. After the ceremony, the leaders addressed party workers of all sections.
