Jodhpur: A painful accident has come to the fore from Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Here a cylinder exploded in the house. 4 people died in this accident. While more than a dozen people have been injured.

Jodhpur: On Saturday, A painful accident has come to the fore from Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Here gas cylinder exploded in the house. 4 people died in this accident. While more than a dozen people have been injured. Due to the explosion, there were several explosions one after the other, due to which the vehicles parked outside the house were also burnt to ashes. After the incident, panic spread in the entire area. Top officials of police and administration have also reached the spot.

In fact, gas cylinder suddenly caught fire in the house of a person doing illegal gas refilling work in Magra Punjla area. After this the gas cylinder suddenly exploded. After the blast, about four to six cylinders burst one after the other. During this accident, 20 people of the same family were present in the house, out of which four people died tragically, while 16 were injured.

The injured are being treated at the Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Jodhpur. According to sources, 80 percent of the injured are also burnt. In such a situation, the District Collector reached Mahatma Gandhi Hospital and gave special instructions to the doctors regarding the treatment of the injured.

Regarding this accident, District Collector Himanshu Gupta said that 4 people were burnt alive in the accident, while 16 people got burnt. The bodies of the dead were retrieved by the fire brigade personnel. After this 16 injured were brought to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. The condition of 6 injured remains critical. District Collector Himanshu Gupta reached Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. DCP Amrita Duhan and Mayor Kunti Parihar reached the spot.

At the same time, expressing grief over this incident, CM Gehlot wrote that, “The information about the death of 4 people and injuries to many people due to gas cylinder explosion in Kirti Nagar of Magra Poonjla area in Jodhpur is very sad. The local administration has taken information about the entire incident and has given instructions for proper treatment of the injured. My deepest sympathies are with the bereaved family in this difficult time, may God give them strength to bear this loss and may the departed soul rest in peace. We wish speedy recovery to the injured in the accident.”
