Buddha Purnima 2023 Do’s and Don’ts:
1.Get up before sunrise and clean the house.
2.Keep fast for the whole day and offer flowers, incense, lamp, grains, jaggery to the moon at night.
3.Go to the temple and light a lamp in front of the idol of Lord Vishnu and worship him duly.
4.If possible on this day, do take a bath in the Ganges.
5.This day is considered very auspicious for charity.

Vaishakh Purnima Puja Method:
Vaishakh Purnima Tithi is considered very fruitful.Worship and bath have special importance on this date. Satyavinayak’s fast is also kept on Vaishakh Purnima, which pleases Dharmaraj.On this day fasting should be donated along with pitchers filled with water to any needy person.Gold donation is also considered very important on this day.The fasting person should wake up early in the morning on the day of full moon, retire from bath and be clean.After that one should worship Lord Vishnu by taking the vow of fasting.At night, the full moon should be worshiped with lamp, incense, flowers, grains, jaggery etc.and water should be offered.
