New Delhi: Xiaomi launched RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-learning edition in India in India. These are the first laptops from the Redmi sub-brand in the country. The company entered the laptop category with the Mi Notebook series. The newly launched Redmi branded laptops are more affordable. They are targeting both students and working professionals.

Both the laptops of the RedmiBook series have a 15-inch screen. Xiaomi has given 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake processor with them. The company claims that these laptops come with 10-hour battery life. In this, Mi share has been given for Windows 10 Home, MS Office 2019 and file transfer.

RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-learning edition price in India

The price of RedmiBook Pro in India has been kept at Rs 49,999. With this, customers will be given a discount of Rs 3500 if they make purchases with HDFC Bank credit or debit cards. The price of RedmiBook e-learning edition has been kept at Rs 41,999. This price is for the 256GB storage variant. Whereas for 512GB storage you will have to spend Rs 44,999. Both the variants will be given a discount of Rs 2,500 on HDFC Bank credit or debit cards.

Features and Specifications of RedmiBook Pro

RedmiBook Pro has a 15.6-inch Full HD display. With this 720p HD webcam is given for video calls. This laptop has been introduced in a single Charcoal Gray color option. Intel’s 11th Gen Core i5 Tiger Lake processor has been given in RedmiBook Pro. It has been launched with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0 with two USB 3.2 Type-C, a USB 2.0, an HDMI port and an audio jack. It also has an SD card reader.

Two 2W stereo speakers have been given in this device. This laptop runs on Windows 10 but the company has promised Windows 11 free upgrade on it. Its battery life has been claimed by the company for 10 hours.

Features and Specifications of RedmiBook e-learning edition

The RedmiBook e-learning edition will come with Intel’s 11th Gen Core i3 Tiger Lake processor. It has the option of 256GB and 512GB SSD. Rest of its features are same as RedmiBook Pro.
