Director Milap Zaveri, taking over the directorial reins, shared the announcement on Thursday, revealing that Masti 4 will begin filming this summer.
Milap Zaveri expressed his excitement in a heartfelt note, reminiscing about his first meeting with the legendary Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria 20 years ago.
Zaveri thanked the producers, including Amar Jhunjhunwala, Shikha Sharma, and Waveband Production, for entrusting him with the directorial responsibility.
He praised the lead cast, especially highlighting the unique contributions of Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani, expressing anticipation for the laughter-filled journey.
‘Masti,’ released in 2004, was a commercial success, leading to two sequels, ‘Grand Masti’ and ‘Great Grand Masti.’
‘Masti 4’ is produced by Indra Kumar, A. Jhunjhunwala, Ashok Thakeria, and S. K. Ahluwalia.
