RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s kidney transplant takes place in Singapore today

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad has been suffering from multiple diseases, doctors in Singapore have advised him to go for a kidney transplant, Lalu’s second daughter, Rohini Acharya, is ready to donate her kidney to her ailing father today.

Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad has been suffering from multiple diseases. Doctors in Singapore have advised him to go for a kidney transplant. Lalu’s second daughter, Rohini Acharya, is ready to donate her kidney to her ailing father today. She shared her picture from the hospital on Twitter and said, “Ready to rock and roll, wish me good luck.”

Earlier, in an emotional note to her father, she expressed gratitude for the opportunity to assist parents. I treat my parents as God. She had written, “I am willing to do anything for them.

“The 74-year-old RJD patriarch was called a socialist leader by his supporters. He was admitted to the hospital several times while serving a jail term due to corruption cases like fodder scams. He was out of bail after the Jharkhand high court granted him bail in April in the five fodder scam cases. The court released his confiscated passport in October so that he could go abroad for a kidney transplant. Doctors in Singapore made it clear that a kidney transplant was the best option for him.

In Patna, Lalu’s admirers held his photos while offering prayers and chanting mantras for his speedy recovery. RJD legislator Ritlal Yadav performed havans at a Kali temple.
