Rozgar Mela 2023 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give joining letters to about 71,000 youth on Thursday under the ‘Rojgar Mela’ recruitment drive for 10 lakh personnel. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) gave this information in a statement on Tuesday. These include 50,000 newly appointed personnel of the Railway Department alone. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address the newly appointed personnel. According to government sources, during the program of employment fair, many ministers of the government will participate in the government fair at 45 different places of the country.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will stay in Jaipur, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Chennai, Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in Jodhpur, Heavy Industries Minister Mahendra Pandey in Lucknow, Arjun Munda in Ranchi, Nitin Gadkari in Nagpur, Dharmendra Pradhan in Bhubaneswar and Hardeep Singh Puri in Patiala.

Newly recruited personnel will also get an opportunity to train themselves through ‘Karmayogi Pramukh’, which is an online orientation course for all newly recruited personnel in various government departments. It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister had launched the first phase of ‘Rojgar Mela’ on October 22 last year, launching the campaign to provide 10 lakh government jobs.
The Modi government has distributed appointment letters to 75 thousand youth in the month of October last year and 71 thousand in the month of January this year. After this job fair, the number of people who will get appointment letters will be 2.17 lakh.
