Superstar Salman Khan issued a heartfelt appeal to his fans on Saturday, urging them to refrain from sharing spoilers about his highly anticipated film “Tiger 3,” set to release on Diwali.
The Yash Raj Films venture, directed by Maneesh Sharma, serves as a sequel to the 2017 blockbuster “Tiger Zinda Hai” and features an ensemble cast including Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan is set to make a special appearance as Pathaan, and there are speculations about Hrithik Roshan reprising his role as Kabir from the film “War.”
Taking to the microblogging platform, Salman Khan shared, “We have made #Tiger3 with a lot of passion & we are counting on you to protect our spoilers when you see the film. Spoilers can ruin the movie-watching experience. We trust you to do what is right. We hope #Tiger3 is the perfect Diwali gift from us to you.”
Echoing Salman’s sentiments, co-stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi also appealed to fans not to divulge any spoilers. Katrina emphasized how the plot twists and surprises in #Tiger3 contribute to the overall movie-watching experience. She said, “The power is in your hands to protect our labor of love so that it can deliver the best entertainment to people. Thank you and Happy Diwali.”
Emraan Hashmi, who portrays the antagonist in the film, acknowledged the countless secrets in #Tiger3 and expressed the team’s trust in the fans to preserve them. He urged, “Please don’t reveal any spoilers as it will hamper the experience of watching the film in theaters. We have worked really hard to make #Tiger3, and we know you will support us fully! Scheduled for release on Sunday in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, “Tiger 3” continues the story after the events of “Pathaan,” where Salman’s titular spy races against time to save both his family and country. The film marks the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, conceived by studio head Aditya Chopra.
