Kolkata: A big U-turn has been seen in the Sandeshkhali controversy and women’s has struggle in West Bengal. One of the three women has withdrawn the rape case against the TMC leader. This matter had brought a boil in the politics of Bengal. Sheikh Shahjahan of North 24 Parganas District was accused of sexual harassment in several cases and also encroached upon their lands. BJP had fiercely concerned TMC on this matter.
Not olny this, this issue also remains in the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, a woman taking a U-turn is schoking. The woman said that I was not sexually harassment. According to the report, the woman said that BJP people had made me sing kn a plain paper and complained to the police.

Actually, in this case, three women had accused TMC leader Sheikh Shahjahan of raping them and trying to usurp their land. But now one of those three women has withdrawn the case. It has even been said that the BJP people had made them sign on a blank paper.
Till now BJP has not given any reply to this allegation, but TMC has made it a big issue. Actually, due to the Sandeshkhali controversy, Mamata government is in deep trouble in West Bengal. Ever since this case has come to light, on one hand BJP has talked about women’s rights and on the other hand Muslim appeasement is also being mentioned continuously. Meanwhile, this U-turn has made BJP a little uncomfortable.
The victim woman who has withdrawn the case has said categorically that she was not raped. She did not know that BJP had made her sign on a blank paper. If these allegations are proved right, then BJP’s problems may increase in the coming days.

Talking about the Sandeshkhali case, the main accused Sheikh Shahjahan has been arrested, a case has been registered under various sections. It is said that Sheikh Shahjahan exploited many women and also usurped their lands. Those who tried to protest were threatened and beaten up.
This matter also came to light when the ED went to conduct raids in connection with another case. Then many women showed courage and protested and the whole truth came out. SIT has also been formed in this case and many teams are still investigating.
