New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh held a press conference regarding the arrest of CM Arvind Kejriwal. He said that the prime investigative agencies of the Central Government are misleading the Supreme Court of the country. In the case of Manish Sisodia ji, when the Supreme Court had asked the ED that it has been one and a half years, how long will the investigation continue? Then ED had said that they will file the charge sheet in 6 months. But that time has also passed, the investigation is still going on, the trial is far from done and even the charge sheet has not come.
He further said, in the case of CM Kejriwal ji, on June 4, CBI said before the Supreme Court that we will file the charge sheet in 3 to 4 weeks, we will not investigate further, we will not make any more arrests. But still CM Kejriwal was arrested. Meaning CBI was misleading the Supreme Court. CM Kejriwal was sure to get bail from the Supreme Court, then Modi’s government asked CBI to immediately arrest Arvind Kejriwal. There cannot be a bigger example of how blatantly the investigating agencies are being misused.

Along with this he said, Prime Minister, the whole country is watching with what malicious intent you are working. And tomorrow all the parties of INDIA alliance will protest in the premises of Parliament House against this action of your ED, CBI. Will agitate against misuse of ED, CBI.
