New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh on Wednesday tore up a defamation notice that Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena had written in response to the alleged khadi fraud. This was the most recent event in Delhi’s conflict between the AAP and L-G.
The Rajya Sabha MP tore up the notification and started a harsh attack against L-G Saxena, demanding his removal from the Constitutional post.

There must be a CBI-ED investigation against L-G Saxena to know where the looted money is kept. such notices that I can rip and throw ten times, “he stated at the press conference.
L-G Vinai Kumar Saxena on Monday served legal notices on many AAP leaders for making “derogatory and malicious” accusations against him, including Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Durgesh Pathak, Sanjay Singh, and Jasmine Shah.
The notice had asked the AAP leaders to issue a press release “directing all party members and all persons associated with it, whether directly or indirectly, to cease and desist from spreading and circulating false, defamatory, malicious, and unfounded remarks.”
