Lucknow: Big news related to Gyanvapi Masjid case of Varanasi has come out. In this case, Abhay Nath Yadav, the lawyer of the Muslim side Anjuman Intrageniya Committee, has died of a heart attack. According to the information, on Sunday night, the lawyer had received a complaint of heart attack, after which the relatives admitted him to a nearby hospital, after which the doctors declared him dead. He was 62.
Giving information, senior advocate of Banaras Bar Association, Nityanand Rai said that Yadav had a major heart attack around 10:30 pm on Sunday. After which he was first taken to Trimurti Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The family members then took him to Shubham Hospital, where no activity took place. Then the doctor of Shivam Hospital confirmed the death. Yadav, a resident of Pandeypur in Varanasi who had been practising for over 35 years, is survived by his widow, son, and two daughters
According to the information, in all the cases of Muslim side going on in different courts in Varanasi, Abhaynath Yadav was looking after the whole case as the main advocate. At the same time, he was also advocating for the Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri case. His arguments in the Shringar Gauri case have been very much discussed. According to the information, in the Gyanvapi episode, the answer was to be given in the court on August 4 in the case of Shringar Gauri Merit. Abhaynath Yadav used to give arguments in the court alone on behalf of the Muslim side. The Muslim side has suffered a major setback in the Gyanvapi case on the death of the lawyer.
On receiving this information, MS Yasin Sayeed, secretary of Anjuman Inazaniya Masjid Committee expressed grief. He said that the untimely demise of Abhay Nath has not only dealt a blow to the case but also lost the support of a senior advocate.
