Shinde faction announced new executive of Shiv Sena, Eknath became the main leader of the party

New Delhi: After ousting Uddhav Thackeray from power, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has now taken another step towards taking over Shiv Sena. On Monday, giving another big blow to Uddhav, he has dismissed his committee and formed a new national executive. Eknath Shinde has become the main leader of Shiv Sena in the new executive.

According to the information, On Monday, In the presence of CM Eknath Shinde, the MLAs of his faction held a meeting at Hotel Trident after voting for the presidential election, in which Eknath Shinde was elected the party’s main leader. At the same time, Ramdas Kadam and Anandrao Adsul, expelled from Shiv Sena’s Uddhav faction, were appointed party leaders in the new executive. Deepak Kesarkar has been made the spokesperson. The Shinde faction has currently retained Uddhav Thackeray for the post of Shiv Sena president. On the other hand, Uddhav Thackeray has also started appointments of office bearers in bulk to save the party.

In the meeting of MLAs of Shinde faction, 14 Shiv Sena MPs also participated online. Shiv Sena has a total of 18 MPs, out of which 14 are in talks to join the Shinde faction. Sources say that South-central Mumbai MP Rahul Shewale may be made the leader of Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) in the Lok Sabha. At the same time, Bhawna Gawli can be appointed as the Chief Whip. Uddhav Thackeray had recently removed Bhawna Gawli from this post. Uddhav Thackeray has been retained as the party president, but Shinde will be the ‘mukhya neta’. Other organizational appointments, including the appointment of Anandrao Adsul and Ramdas Kadam as the party’s leaders have also been approved,” said a Shiv Sena MP from the Shinde camp.

Arvind Sawat, MP from South Mumbai of Uddhav Thackeray faction, said the disqualification of MLAs is yet to be heard in the Supreme Court. On the other hand, Shinde faction is appointing leaders against the rules of the Constitution. This is a conspiracy to destroy Shiv Sena and BJP is behind it.

On today, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will be in Delhi. It is being said that after meeting with the MPs of Shiv Sena in Delhi, we will prepare the strategy ahead. At the same time, there is talk of expansion of the state cabinet on Wednesday. It is understood that Eknath Shinde can also consult the prominent leaders of the BJP regarding the expansion of the cabinet.
