Shrikant Tyagi on run, who threatened woman in society, supporters mob Noida housing, all detained

Noida: In yet another threatening and harassment case came to fore from Noida, Uttar Pradesh where a politician abused woman in Noida housing society. Hooliganism has been seen by the supporters of the leader Shrikant Tyagi, accused of misbehavior with the woman. Some of Tyagi’s supporters today reached Omaxe Grand Society in Noida in search of the flat of the victim woman. After this, the alert people of the society called the police and informed about it. There was a heated argument between the police who reached the spot and the supporters of Shrikant Tyagi. Later the police took all these along with them.

Video of this goes viral, in which there is a debate between the police and the local people in the society. On the other hand, Shrikant Tyagi has not been caught even after 48 hours of the incident, while the police is continuously scrambling for his arrest. Pictures of Shrikant Tyagi have come out with many big leaders of BJP. At the same time, the accused had described himself as the national executive member of the party’s Kisan Morcha and the national convener of its youth committee. However, BJP has denied this.

On the other hand, around 15 people allegedly forcibly entered the society on Sunday evening. He is accused of threatening the victim’s family. After this, MP Mahesh Sharma reached the spot and demanded strict action. BJP MP said that it is a matter of great embarrassment that despite our government, no action has been taken till now.

He said that I myself will complain about the whole matter to CM Yogi Adityanath and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The MP said that how did the goons dare to come inside. Accusing the Noida Police of being incompetent, the MP said that those responsible should be suspended.

Apart from this, MLA Pankaj Singh also met the victim’s family. Pankaj Singh said in a Facebook post in this regard- “Today met the victim’s family at Grand Omaxe Society of Sector 93B, Noida. Police security has been provided to the family. Also the security of the society has been increased.” During this, the Commissioner of Police and District Magistrate of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Gautam Buddha Nagar and other officers were present. Strictest action will be taken against the accused person and the proceedings will become an example so that no such indecent incident happens in future.”

Now Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has tweeted a video of MP Mahesh Sharma regarding Shrikant Tyagi. At the same time, Akhilesh wrote, ‘It is a matter of true and false embarrassment. In this video, BJP MP Mahesh Sharma is seen saying that my district president and we are here, we are feeling ashamed to say that we have a government.

Earlier on Saturday, the Noida Police had said that it has detained four close aides of the absconding politician, accused of allegedly assaulting a woman. Along with this, two of his vehicles have been confiscated. Another FIR has been registered against the accused leader, the police said.

The action came after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) kept a distance from the accused Shrikant Tyagi, who had described himself as the national executive member of the party’s Kisan Morcha and national coordinator of its youth committee. A case was registered against Tyagi under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The woman had objected to Srikant Tyagi planting some trees in her residential society in Sector 93B, citing violation of rules. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Ranvijay Singh said, “Immediately after the matter came to light, we took action and accordingly an FIR was registered.
