Mumbai: Bollywood famous couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are soon going to tie the knot with each other on February 6 at Suryagarh Palace Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. The pre-wedding rituals have started. All the celebs have left for Jaisalmer for the big fat Punjabi wedding.
Just a day before the wedding, Kiara’s Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor was spotted at a private airport in Mumbai with his wife Mira Rajput. On Sunday morning, the couple checked into Mumbai’s private airport and smiled for the paparazzi. Renowned filmmaker Karan Johar was also pictured at the Mumbai airport on Sunday morning.
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s love story began on the sets of the 2021 film Shershaah, their first project together. On Saturday, Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra checked into Jaisalmer with their respective families. Designer Manish Malhotra, who is said to be the official wedding couturier, was pictured with Kiara at the Jaisalmer airport on Saturday afternoon. The Mehendi Sangeet night will be held at the venue on Feb 5th followed by Haldi on the 6th morning.
Earlier on Saturday, Kiara Advani reached Jaisalmer with her family and fashion designer Manish Malhotra. During this his video also surfaced. At the same time, after Kiara, now Siddharth has also reached Jaisalmer.
After Kiara Advani reached Jaisalmer, Siddharth Malhotra left for the wedding venue from his Delhi home on Saturday evening, after which he reached Suryagarh Palace. Along with Siddharth, his mother and brother Harshad Malhotra also reached.
According to reports, Sid-Kiara wants to keep their marriage a secret. He does not want wedding pictures or videos to be shared on social media, for which he has kept a no phone policy like Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal. At the same time, along with the staff, the guests have also been appealed not to share the pictures or videos of the wedding on social media.
To make Sid-Kiara’s grand wedding even more special, many Bollywood stars will also attend the wedding. According to media reports, stars like Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ram Charan, Rohit Shetty, Shahid Kapoor, Meera Rajput, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal can attend the wedding.
On the work front, Kiara Advani was last seen in Dharma Productions’ Govinda Naam Mera with Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar. She starred in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 last year with Tabu and Kartik Aaryan.
