Sitting in AC all day can make your skin dry? So follow these easy tips

Lucknow: To give relief from the scorching heat in the summer season, only AC air can work and cools our body. Due to the cold air coming from the AC, the moisture of our skin decreases. In fact, in summer, the air coming out of the AC makes your skin dry due to sitting for a long time. AC air reduces the moisture from the top layer of the skin and makes your skin dry and dull. Prolonged sitting in AC can damage our skin.
So, to avoid all these problems, it is important that you can take the help of some home remedies that can prevent your skin from becoming dry.

# Use Olive Oil cleanser:
Olive Oil Cleanser is a natural cleanser and moisturizer. Using it can get rid of the problem of dry skin. It locks the moisture in the pores of the skin and helps in reducing other skin problems. For this, simply apply oil on the skin and wipe the skin with a damp cloth. It will also take out the dirt from the skin.

# Drink plenty of water:
Drink at least eight glasses of water. As we sit in AC We do not feel like drinking water because of the col but it is harmful for skin. You can opt for coconut water, fresh vegetable and fruit juices (both without sugar). Make your own detox water, add cucumber, ginger and mint in a bottle of water. Keep sipping it through the day.

# Use mild face wash:
Due to the air in the air conditioner, the skin gets damaged, so it is necessary that we take care of our skin. In this case, you can use mild face wash. No matter what your skin type? You can easily use mild face wash.

# Use sunscreen:
It is not that we should use sunscreen only when we go out in the sun. You can keep sunscreen applied at home too. Especially when you are in a place where AC is running. By using sunscreen, it moisturizes your skin as well as protects it from damage.

# Use coconut oil:
Coconut oil contains approximately 92.1% saturated fatty acids. Coconut oil has many properties to reduce dryness. You can use coconut oil when your skin is dry. You can apply it not only on the face but on the whole body.

# Use Honey:
Honey is an effective remedy for dry, dehydrated skin. It moisturises and has antibacterial properties. Apply raw, organic honey to your dry skin, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then wash it off.

# Use Yogurt and Avocado face mask:
Making a homemade mask with avocado is another natural way to soothe dry skin. You can moisturize your skin with plain yoghurt, which has anti-inflammatory properties. But for mask take 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the avocado and add 1 teaspoon of Yogurt. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash off. This will help in moisturizing your skin as well as hydrating it.
