Lucknow: Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan is finally out of jail after 27 months. After getting bail from the Supreme Court, the local court had issued his release order. After which he was released from jail on Friday morning. As soon as he came out of the jail, the SP leaders gave him a warm welcome. Both sons of Azam Khan had reached outside the jail to receive him.

As soon as he was released from jail, Azam Khan boarded the car directly and left. During this, Shivpal Yadav was also seen with him. Please tell that more than 80 cases are registered against Azam Khan. He has been granted bail in all these cases.

He was received by Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohiya) leader Shivpal Singh Yadav, his son and MLA Abdullah Azam and a large number of supporters. After the release, Khan left for his native Rampur.

Akhilesh Yadav tweeted

A tweet has also been made by SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav regarding the release of Azam Khan. In which he said that senior SP leader and MLA Mr. Hearty welcome to Shri Azam Khan ji on his release on bail. With this decision of bail, the Supreme Court has given new standards to justice. It is sure that he will be acquitted in all other false cases and cases. Lies have moments, not centuries!

Supreme Court orders
Let us inform that the Supreme Court had on Thursday 19 May granted interim bail to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan, who was imprisoned in jail in a case of alleged cheating. The Supreme Court said that this is an appropriate case to exercise the privileges given to it (the court) under Article 142 of the Constitution.

A bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao, BR Gavai and AS Bopanna said, “The petitioner has been charged with offenses punishable under sections 420 (cheating) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kotwali, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.” I am directed to release him on interim bail on the terms and conditions found suitable by the trial court in the context of the FIR registered regarding the offense number 70 of 2020.
