Meditation and Exercise – Do exercise and meditation regularly. It works as a stress buster. You can do light exercises like stretching. You can enjoy cycling. For this, do meditation for some time daily. This removes stress.

This also worsens the quality of sleep. In such a situation, instead of the screen, you can read books, do painting and do any activity like dance.
