Guayas: Strong tremors of earthquake have been felt in Ecuador. News agency AP reported that a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in the coastal Guayas region. The earthquake shook the area around the country’s second largest city. Ecuador’s President Guillermo Lasso says a powerful earthquake has killed 12 people. Buildings were also damaged after the earthquake in southern Ecuador and northern Peru.
