The ‘Met Gala 2024’ event has started from May 6, in which many Indian celebrities including Alia Bhatt and Isha Ambani were present. One of them is philanthropist and businesswoman Sudha Reddy, who absented herself from the annual event of the Costume Institute Exhibition for the second time.
For her appearance, Reddy wore an off-white Tarun Tahiliani gown, which she styled with a sheer cape, sources said. Her outfit was decorated with intricate detailing and embroidery. Sudha’s gown had a corset-style blouse, which was making her look perfect.
From fitting to flare, Sudha’s dress was brilliantly designed, making the businesswoman look stunning. According to the report, the price of the businesswoman’s outfit is 10 million dollars i.e. 83 crore rupees. This dress was made by 80 artisans in 4500 hours.

Sudha enhanced her look with a stunning heritage necklace, which featured 30 solitaire diamonds totaling 180 carats. She also wore an ‘Amore Eterno’ necklace and two diamond-solitaire rings. Her jewelery was worth around $20 million. Additionally, Reddy styled her look with a vintage ‘Chanel’ bag, which is worth US$40,000 i.e. more than Rs 33 lakh.
Talking about Sudha Reddy, she is the director of ‘Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited’. At the same time, his influence as a philanthropist extends far beyond the boardroom. She is also associated with NGOs like ‘Sudha Reddy Foundation’, ‘UNICEF’, ‘Global Gift Foundation’, ‘Breast Cancer Research Foundation’, ‘Fight Hunger Foundation’ and ‘Action Against Hunger’. Reddy is one of the few Indians to grace the Met Gala this year. She made her red carpet debut at fashion’s biggest night in 2021.
