The bench of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, while hearing the petition of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) on May 7, said that if the advertisement of any product or service that affects people, If found to be misleading, celebrities and social media influencers should be held equally responsible for it.
