Swati Maliwal Case: Court sends Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar to judicial custody for four days

Bibhav Kumar appeared in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi today in the case of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. During the hearing, the court sent Bibhav Kumar to judicial custody for four days. Now he will have to remain in judicial custody till May 28. The police arrested him on May 18.

Swati Maliwal Case: Bibhav Kumar appeared in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi today in the case of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. During the hearing, the court sent Bibhav Kumar to judicial custody for four days. Now he will have to remain in judicial custody till May 28. The police arrested him on May 18.

Let us tell you that a day earlier, Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal had mentioned the incident of May 13 during an interview. He had said that Arvind Kejriwal was in the other room. I was beaten and kept screaming but he did not come out. Not only this, till date Arvind Kejriwal has not even called me.

She had said in the interview that, at around 9 am on May 13, I had gone to the residence of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to meet him. The staff asked me to sit in the drawing room and told that Arvind was at home and he was coming to meet me. After this, Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar came in an aggressive position.
