Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal is on target of her own party after alleging assault in the house of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Swati is being accused by the party that she has joined the BJP and it is being claimed that Swati will resign from the party. However, Swati has given a blunt answer regarding her resignation.

Former Chairperson Delhi Women Commission Swati Maliwal was asked in an interview whether she would leave the Aam Aadmi Party? On this, Swati Maliwal said, ‘The party is not the property of four people. He too has shed blood and sweat for this. She will try to bring change in it by staying in the party. This party was formed from the dreams of lakhs and crores of people.

Swati further said that she worked with Kejriwal when She did not have power. She has no desire for position. If she had wanted a Rajya Sabha seat, she would have given up her life if she had asked for it lovingly. But now she will not resign at any cost. She will do good work as an MP.

Swati Maliwal has alleged that on May 13, when she had gone to meet CM Kejriwal at his residence, Kejriwal’s personal assistant Vibhav Kumar had assaulted her. Kumar was arrested on May 18 and has been in police custody since then.
