Swine flu cases increasing in UP

Lucknow: Nine students have tested positive for swine flu in Lucknow. With these cases, the total number of swine flu cases in UP has jumped up to 150.

The school management have been given clear direction to enhance their awareness program alongside keeping a keen eye on swine flu symptoms on other students.

Up till now, 12 people have died in Uttar Pradesh because of swine flu.

While the number of swine flu cases keep on increasing with very passing day in Lucknow, majority of hospitals are not equipped to handle all this, some of them does not have isolation wards.

Few days back, CM Yogi Adityanath visited SGPGI to review its preparedness for swine flu patients. Yogi pulled up number of doctors for lack of proper facilities.

Furthermore, Yogi government has also asked all private hospitals and pathological labs to conduct swine flu confirmatory tests.
