Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu called upon all Congress-ruled states to adopt electric vehicles. In the 85th National Convention of All India Congress Committee on Sunday, CM Sukhu said that Himachal government is implementing electric vehicle policy to reduce carbon emissions. He said that the Himalayan flora and
