Gurugram: An official said that a retired soldier was shot dead in Gurugram on Thursday and his family member beat up the assailant, killing him. The incident happened around 2.30 pm when the police were informed that a man was shot in Khandsa village.
Police station in-charge Avtar Singh said that the police has arrested the car driver Amit and he is a resident of Barauna village of Sonipat. Singh said that the traffic police has issued a challan to the accused and he has been released on bail for the time being. He said that investigation is being done in the matter.
New Delhi: On Saturday, YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav granted bail by a Gurugram Court in an assault case. He was arrested on March 17, in connection with a case under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972.
Gurugram: A couple from Sitapur committed suicide by jumping in front of an express train near Sarai village in Uttar Pradesh, who were living in a rented house in Sarai village for four months on Saturday. Police said that no suicide note has been recovered from them.
