Uttar Pradesh:Leopard Captured After 8-Hour Operation in Meerut Cantt House

Authorities received information that a leopard had ventured into a house in Kaserukheda locality. The house belonged to Sameer, a resident of the area. The presence of the leopard caused panic among locals, especially as Sameer's two children, Manku (8) and Veera (10), and his mother-in-law were inside the house at the time.

The Forest Department in Delhi reacted promptly, with their primary objective being to capture the leopard safely and return it to its natural habitat. With the help of residents, the leopard was locked up in a room.
