Hyderabad: A disturbing series of incidents has unfolded in Telangana, the heartland of India. A real estate agent, whose name is being withheld due to the ongoing investigation, is accused of carrying out a chilling spree of murders in three Indian states over a four-year period. The death toll stands at 11, with each life claimed as part of a grand scheme to create the illusion of hidden treasure.

In the year 2020, a person was murdered in Telangana. There were strange marks on his body that he had been killed with the help of acid and poison. After that, for four consecutive years, bodies of 10 other people were recovered in the same manner in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and hundreds of kilometers away in Karnataka and similar marks were found on these bodies. He has has so far killed as many as 11 people in Telangana, Andhra and Karnataka.

The suspected killer, Ramati Sathyanarayana (47), a native of Nagarkurnool, working under the guise of a real estate agent, allegedly used the lure of undisclosed properties to lure his victims. This carefully crafted illusion, combined with the agent’s trusted professional status, allowed him to commit unknown horrific crimes for dangerously extended periods of time.
