New Delhi: In an apparent attack on BJP, Congress General secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Tuesday claimed that her children’s Instagram accounts were hacked. The 49-year-old leader was alluding to the phone-tapping allegations made by SP chief Akhilesh Yadav against the Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh.

To note, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in a press conference on Sunday accused UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of ‘phone-tapping’.
“All our phones are being tapped and our conversations are being recorded. All the phones in the party office are being listened to, the CM himself is listening to some of the recordings in the evening. If you contact us, then know that your call is being listened to by them,” he alleged.
The UP CM responded to Akhilesh Yadav’s accusations, saying, “Probably Akhilesh did something similar when he was in power. So now, he is accusing others.”
Speaking about PM Modi’s ‘naari shakti’ push at a rally in Prayagraj on Tuesday, Priyanka Gandhi said that due to her ‘Ladki Hoon Lad Sakti Hoon Shakti Samvaad’ in UP’s Rae Bareli, PM Modi was focusing on women empowerment. “Women have woken up. The PM has bowed before the power of this country. This is the victory of the women of Uttar Pradesh. I am very happy,” she said.
