According to the report, this was the first unnatural tiger death in the Panna district. Since the occurrence of the incident, the forest department has been running from pillar to post to get the truth of the event.

Chhatarpur Range, Conservator of Forests Sanjeev Jha is astonished by the incident. He was surprised at how the tiger reached such a height and said a sample of the dead tiger’s organs had been sent for autopsy. The post-mortem has not been completed yet.

The dog squad was called from Satna on Wednesday to probe the matter.

According to the information, the police were guessing that it was possible that the villagers had set up a clutch bait to hunt another animal, and the tiger got caught in it.
