A car going from Vikasnagar towards Meenas went uncontrolled near the Himachal and Uttarakhand border on the Kwanu-Meenas road and fell into a ditch and directly entered the Tons river. Four people have died in the accident.
Vikasnagar Accident: A painful accident took place on the Himachal border adjacent to Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Four people in whose car have died on the spot. Among those who died, two are being told from Himachal and two from Vikasnagar.
According to the information, on Sunday morning, a car going from Vikasnagar towards Meenas went uncontrolled on the Kwanu-Meenas road and fell into the ditch and fell directly into the Tons river.

It is being told that four people in the car were going from Vikas Nagar to Chaupal in Himachal. With the information of the accident, under the direction of SDM Chakrata Yukta Mishra, the team of Revenue Police and STF left for the spot for rescue.
Due to the accident of the car, the nearby villagers reached the spot for relief and rescue work. Local villagers told that four people in the car died on the spot.
Among the dead, two are said to be from Himachal and two others are yet to be identified. However, he is also being said to be a resident of Nerva-Chaupal in Himachal.Name of the deceased Sandeep s/o Atma Ram r/o Nerva Shimla Himachal age 35 years,Manoj Zinta’s son Keval Ram, resident of Himachal, age 32, in which the identity of two dead is yet to be ascertained.
