Two children with flowers in their hands approached the Congress leader and asked for a selfie. Rahul Gandhi graciously agreed. Both the children were overjoyed after clicking the selfie.
The seventh day of the Congress’ “Bharat Jodo Yatra”, led by its leader Rahul Gandhi, resumed from Kaniyapuram in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday morning.
The yatra is politically motivated. Rahul Gandhi has been trying to revive the Congress party’s old reputation. But its success rate will be judged in the 2024 general elections
Rahul Gandhi set off on the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kanyakumari on Wednesday. The yatra will end in Kashmir. It is a long yatra which is likely to take 150 days to finish. During this period, Rahul and his close aides have to cover a distance of 3,500 km and pass through 12 states.
