Two children, including a 12-day-old newborn, died due to gas cylinder explosion in Noida.

Noida Gas Cylinder Blast: A shocking incident has happened in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.A massive fire broke out in a house in JJ Colony, Sector 8, Noida on Sunday morning after a domestic gas cylinder exploded. In this fire, 6 people of the same family were badly burnt. According to the information, a total of 2 children including an innocent girl of only 12 days died in this incident. While the remaining 4 injured members have been referred to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi.

On Saturday night at 2.52 pm, the fire department received information about a fire in the slum in front of D-221. Four minutes after getting the information, two vehicles of the fire brigade reached the spot and after about 20 minutes of effort, the fire was brought under control.

Prima facie, the cause of the fire is believed to be due to leakage in the gas cylinder. Necessary action is being taken in this matter by Police Station Phase-1.
