New Delhi: Former Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena (UBT) President Uddhav Thackeray has received a setback from the Delhi High Court. The High Court has issued summons to Uddhav Thackeray in a civil defamation case. Apart from Uddhav, summons has also been issued to his son Aditya Thackeray and senior party leader Sanjay Raut. The next hearing of the case will be on April 17.
