The banter began when Akshay Kumar posted a funny meme on his Instagram account ahead of the 25 year anniversary of a classic movie ‘Khiladiyo ka Khiladi’. In the post, the 53-year-old had hilariously claimed to have beaten WWE legend The Undertaker along with another wrestler like Brock Lesnar, Triple H and Roman Reigns. Notably, the actor had actually defeated the American wrestler in an epic fight in the movie where the role of The Undertaker was played by wrestler Brian Lee.

Tell me when you’re ready for a REAL rematch: The Undertaker

While it looked like the end of the story, the actual surprise was yet to come. Interestingly, The Undertaker – who has a massive fan following in India – responded to the same and challenged Akshay Kumar for a re-match. He said, “Ha! Tell me when you’re ready for a REAL rematch!” While the fans were shocked to see such an epic reply by the WWE legend, the Bollywood actor was quick to admit that he will need to check his insurance before thinking about a match like this in reality. “Let me check on my insurance and get back bro!” commented Akshay.

Screenshots of their conversation are doing rounds on the internet, and have generated a lot of interest among fans. Many are excited that this could prove to be an opportunity to see The Undertaker back in the ring again, after he announced his retirement in November last year. Others simply shared memes and placed their bets on who would win if the match was to really take place.
