Unnao: Three passengers traveling in an auto have died in a collision with a Hardoi Depot bus going to Kanpur in Ganjmuradabad of Unnao District of UP, while the condition of three is critical. A roadways bus going from Hardoi to Kanpur and an auto going to Mallawan collided head-on at Mari Company turn in Ganjmuradabad town on Hardoi-Unnao Road in Bangarmau Kotwali area.
At the time of the accident, the auto was overtaking a tractor-trolley and due to the turn, could not see the bus coming from the front. Due to the sharp collision, the auto was blown to pieces and Sunil (35), resident of Ganjjalalabad of Mallawan police station of Hardoi, Laxman (35), resident of Mallawan and Shrikshan (40), resident of Pampapur village of Bangarmau, who were sitting in the auto, died.
The driver left the bus and ran away after the accident
At the same time, auto driver Ramchandra (62), resident of Ballapur, Bablu (35), resident of Munnu Mian Talaiya of Bangarmau town and Ramsanehi (60), resident of Jogikot of Behatamujhawar Police Station area, have been seriously injured. The police took everyone to Bangarmau CHC, where Ramsanehi, Ramchandra and Bablu have been referred to the district hospital in critical condition. After the accident, the driver left the bus and ran away.
