UP: 4 Students arrested for harassing a female teacher in Meerut, video goes viral

In Meerut, four students of a school misbehaved with their teacher. The video of his act also went viral on social media. After which, on the complaint of the teacher, a case was registered against all four and further action is being taken.

Meerut: Class 12 students misbehaved with their teacher in a college in Meerut. The video of this act of the students has also gone viral on social media. After which the school teacher lodged her complaint in this matter. On the complaint of the teacher, a case has been registered against 4 students. All the three students who molested the teacher were expelled from the college. A brother and sister are also among the accused in this case, a case has been registered under the sections of making obscene comments on students, threatening to kill them.

Two videos of this incident also went viral on social media. In this case, all four have been detained by the police. According to the police, this case pertains to a school in Radhna Inayatpur village under Kithore police station area. In the 28-second video, the trio can be seen interrupting the teacher while she teaches in the class and saying I love you to her.

Police sources said that in the written complaint lodged on Sunday, the 27-year-old teacher alleged that some class 12 students had been harassing her for a long time. SHO of Kithore police station Arvind Mohan Sharma said, ‘It is alleged that the students uttered objectionable words against the teacher.

The teacher alleged that “all limits were crossed on June 24 when the students told me ‘I love you’ inside the school premises and they recorded a video of it. They then posted the clip on social media”.

He said, ‘A video using abusive words against me inside the classroom also went viral on social media.’ SHO Arvind Mohan Sharma said that a case has been registered against the students, whose age is around 16 years. The Meerut police tweeted on Sunday that the four students were taken into custody and produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.
