Lucknow : The Samajwadi Party MLAs started protesting even before the beginning of the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature. The SP MLAs led by Shivpal Singh Yadav sat on a dharna outside the assembly with placards in their hands. There is deployment of police force in large numbers. There have also been scuffles with marshals
