Bareilly: A fatal case of doctor’s negligence has come to the fore in UP. The doctor in the hospital did the wrong operation. The doctor was so negligent that instead of operating the tongue tie-sticking tongue of a two and a half year old child, he did the operation of the child’s private part (circumcision). When the family members came to know about this, there was an uproar.
On the information of the incident, the leaders of the Hindu organization reached the hospital. Family members are being pressured to reach an agreement but people are demanding action against the doctor. It is alleged that the doctor deliberately circumcised the child and converted him from a Hindu to a Muslim.
The incident is of Bareilly district. In fact, the two and a half year old son of Harimohan Yadav, a resident of Sanjay Nagar of Thana Baradari, could not speak. Someone told him that if he gets the son’s tongue operated (Tutna), it will be fine. He got him admitted for operation in a private hospital in Delapir.
The family alleges that Mohammad Javed, a doctor from another community in the hospital, circumcised his son instead of performing a parrot operation. When he came to know, he was surprised. Immediately the information of the incident spread like a fire. On the information of the incident, the leaders of Hindu Jagran Manch reached the spot.
Harimohan alleges that the doctor has done this act knowingly. The hospitalists are pressurizing them to compromise, but they will take action against the accused doctor, so that in the future, the doctor cannot do such an incident with anyone else. In this case, the family of the child, Harimohan Yadav, says that by operating on the child, the doctor converted him from a Hindu to a Muslim. The doctor wanted to convert the child from Hindu to Muslim, that is why the name was asked.
The people of Hindu Jagran Manch created a ruckus after this incident. They say that the child of Hindu society has been circumcised. The operation was to be done on the tongue but it was done on the private part. The doctors seem to be caught in the clutches of the law but efforts are being made to save them. Transactions are also being talked about for the agreement, but this is not going to happen.
In this case, City Rahul Bhati says that the family members had appeared for the operation of the tongue of their two and a half year old child at Dr. M Khan Hospital located under Police Station Baradari. The family alleges that the doctor has circumcised the two-and-a-half-year-old child instead of tongue operation. An application has been received in this regard. A committee has been constituted to examine the application. Advance legal action will be taken on the basis of the report of the committee.
In this case, when the accused Dr. Mohammad Javed Khan was talked to, he kept his side and said that the relatives of the patient had not come for the operation of the tongue. I have made an oration for that problem only. The matter is being unnecessarily blown out of proportion.
